Return & Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes mistakes can be made and unpredictable
circumstances can arise. It is for these reasons that we allow our customers to
return ANY item purchased from us within 14 days, no matter what the reason.
Shop with confidence and feel comfortable in knowing that if you aren't pleased
with your purchase for any reason you can return it for a full refund of the
product price so long as you follow the guidelines listed below. There will be a
20% restocking fee on all returned orders. Any item can be returned or exchanged
within 14 days of receipt of items purchased provided the customer adheres to
the following guidelines. Any returns or exchanges after the 14 day period may
result in an additional restocking fee. Call for more info.
1. Customer must pay
the shipping charges for returns to PungoAutoParts.com. We ask that the
customer pay the shipping fees prior to the return of any item(s). In order to
keep your cost low, we can not pay to have the item shipped back to us.
2. The
customer must return the item in original packaging and in original, unused
condition. We cannot accept any returned item that is not in its original
packaging, or any item that has been installed. These are the policy's set forth
by the product manufacturers therefore we cannot accept any returned goods that
don't abide by this policy.
. The Customer must provide shipping insurance for
the full amount of the product value (cost). To ensure the integrity of the item
you are returning to us we do ask that you pay to provide shipping insurance to
cover the full price of the item(s) being returned. More information on this
topic can be requested.
4. Customer Must Obtain a Return Authorization (RGA)
number from PungoAutoParts.com before returning any item. We can not accept
any item for return without a valid RGA number. We ask that you let us know why
you are returning the item(s). If there is a mistake on our part we'll do
whatever it takes to correct the mistake. Note:If item is returned without RGA
#, Credit CAN NOT be issued. Customer MUST fill out the RGA # Request Form prior
to returning any items and receive approval before shipping the return. ALL
returns requests MUST abide by the steps listed above. No credit will be given
to any return that does not meet the above criteria. If All criteria is met, we
will credit your credit card the amount of the original purchase, minus the 20%
restocking fee and all shipping cost within 30 days.
Returns Policy
You must contact us to return anything by phone at 1-757-721-2184 within 14
(fourteen) days of receiving your order. We will exchange any UNUSED resalable
item for another item of equal value. If the new item is of greater value, you
will be responsible for any price difference. If new item is of lesser value,
difference could be subject to a return fee and shipping. If return is due to an
error on the part of PungoAutoParts.com, we will arrange for return
shipping by use of call tag or shipping return label. We will issue 1 (one) call
tag, and it will be the customer's responsibility to ensure that the part is
ready for pickup. If the part is not ready to be picked up, it then becomes the
customer's responsibility to arrange shipping back to us, and at NO time will a
second call tag be issued. If the return is not due to an error on the part of
PungoAutoParts.com then the customer pays for the shipping. All returns are
to be shipped by the same carrier that made the original delivery to the
customer. If the customer is at fault for ordering the incorrect part from our
website, they may return the item so long as the guidelines of the return policy
are met. All returned items MUST have a RGA number written on the package, items
returned without a RGA number will be refused at time of delivery. All the items
parts, box, etc. and information on what's wrong need to be sent with the
return. NO returns or refunds on special orders, custom made and developed
products. Any products refused upon delivery also subject to return fee and
customer is responsible for shipping of the product both ways... If you have an
item that is either lost or damaged in shipping. Please fill out the returns
form and state what has happened and we will file a damage claim on your behalf.
If your part arrives defective, you must make a claim with the manufacturer
directly, in order to get the product replaced. You may call us to obtain a
phone number for the manufacturer. By clicking on "Continue" and submitting your
order, you are indicating that you have read and accept the terms of our return
policy. When an item is shipped with Free SHIPPING and the item(s) are returned
they will be charged actual shipping charges on the return plus 20% restocking
fee and will only be credited for difference after shipping charges are
accessed. All Items must be returned in original packaging only. No returns on
items that have been installed. No returns on programmers or electrical items!
All warranties are subject to manufacturer warranties are the responsibility of
the manufacturer. PungoTireAndOffPoad.com makes no warranties other than the
manufacturer warranty which the customer is subject to the decision of the
manufacturer. A handling charge on some orders is non refundable.(not all orders
have handling charges) Gift certificates cannot be refunded or canceled. Gift
Certificates are not transferable. Items returned in poor condition or have
missing parts will NOT be credited & may be returned to you at your expense. On
all returns in which PungoAutoParts.com is not at fault, the customer will
be responsible for shipping the part back to us, and there will be no return of
freight on the order. Also, if item is being exchanged, customer will be
responsible for freight charges to ship the replacement part to the customer. We
may rebill your credit card on any return or credit card chargeback for the
shipping and handling charge. All returns without exchange are subject to a
return fee 20% of the purchase price of the item returned plus all freight
charges. Any order canceled is subject to the same return fee. In addition: NO
returns or refunds on installed, custom made or used merchandise. All items are
sold as is. If you have doubts about an item please do not place the order. Our
phone staff will be happy to assist you. Most orders ship with-in 1 to 3
business days once payment is completed. However, we do experience occasional
delays due to product availability either from low stock in our warehouse or
back orders from the manufacturer. All Special Orders are subject to the
manufacturer delivery time. In the event of a shipping delay that is not
acceptable to the customer we will offer an exchange for another brand. If an
exchange is not acceptable and the customer requests a cancellation a $25
cancellation fee will be charged.
Damage & Loss Claims
Inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. It is the customer's
responsibility to report any shipping related damages to the carrier
immediately. If your package has been damaged in ANY way, please contact the
shipping company first (example: UPS, FEDEX, DHL or other shipping company).
Once you have notified the shipping company of the damage, then please contact
us. It's the carrier's responsibility to resolve all damage claims with the
customer. Once the freight carrier takes possession of the article to be
delivered it becomes that freight carrier's responsibility and liability to
deliver the goods to the customer. If a claim is filed between you and the
freight carrier, the claim must be settled between the carrier and the receiver.
This process can vary in time from 30 to 90 days until claim is completed.
Free Shipping & Product Pricing
If Customer returns parts that were purchased with “Free Shipping”
PungoAutoParts.com will offer full credit for Unused Resalable Items less
the actual shipping cost paid by us plus 20% restocking fee and any handling
charge that may be necessary if we have additional cost involved. All oversized
and overweight items must be shipped by common carrier and may be subject to
higher shipping cost. Any item shipped out of the 48 Continental United States
is subject to Special Shipping Cost and the Customer should contact
PungoAutoParts.com for pricing information. We are based in the State of
Virginia and subject Virginia Sales Tax of 5%. PungoAutoParts.com and its
affiliates make every effort possible to be accurate with our prices,
descriptions and photos. Although we do everything possible, information and
prices are subject to change especially with the unpredictable energy cost that
we experience in our economy today. PunoAutoParts.com does not warrant that
product description, or other content in this website is accurate, complete,
reliable, current or error-free. Please note despite our best efforts, with
thousands of products we may experience a small number of typo's and or a
manufacturer price change to us before we are able to update our website and
product catalog. If we discover that an item is not priced correctly in our
website or shopping cart we will do one of the following: In the event an item's
correct price is lower than our listed price, we will process the order at the
lower price and ship the item to the customer at their verified address. In the
event the item's correct price is higher than our listed price, we will either
contact you for instructions or we will cancel the order and notify you of the
cancellation. Any item purchased through PungoAutoParts.com for items from
a third-party seller are subject to the policies of the third-party in the event
the third-party may have an item that isn't priced correctly.
